After the Academy Awards ceremony in 1968, the rest of the country caught up to her. That’s when Brasil ’66 performed The Look of Love, the Oscar-nominated song from Casino Royale. They did such a good job covering Dusty Springfield’s sexy version of Burt Bacharach’s song, that their version outsold hers.
